MDMHeArt Work

Hello my name is Marla Mabin and welcome to MDMHeArtWork.  I was inspired one day by my fantastic son to set up a web site and display some of my artwork as well as inspirational writings. With this inspiration came several offers for me to illustrate books for a couple Florida authors. My home is in beautiful Murfreesboro, TN where My family and I just moved September 2009.  I have been married for 9 years to the greatest man in the world.  He is an inspiration to me on a daily basis to never give up and to trust that the Lord always has our back. I am an aspiring artist and writer and hope to finalize and publish my first children's book this year.  In addition to illustrating and writing children books I am a pre school teacher here in Murfreesboro.  Some of the books I have worked on I am weaving into the current curriculum at the school where I teach and I am hoping that one day I will have established my own curriculum for Christian based Early Childhood Education.
